Dianadate is committed to protecting the emotional and physical well-being of children. This Child Safety Policy outlines our approach to ensuring compliance with child safety laws, addressing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and maintaining strict standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

1. Content Moderation
   We utilize proactive content moderation to prevent access to sexual content or communications that exploit children.

2. User Guidelines and Standards of Conduct

We prohibit any form of harassment, bullying, or exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any user behavior that is considered harmful or predatory towards children:

• Portrayals of minors engaging in sex acts, or in sexually explicit or suggestive poses
• Sexual comments about or desires for real or fictitious minors
• Links to websites containing material that sexualizes minors
• Photos or videos of non-nude minors in a sexualized or fetishistic context
• Statements expressing intent to obtain materials of child abuse or engage in child sexual abuse
• Promotion, encouragement or normalization of pedophilia or sexual attraction to children
• Photos, videos, or drawings of nude or sexualized minors
• Photos, videos or illustrations of naked or sexualized anthropomorphized minors

3. Violation of the Child Safety Policy
• Violations of this policy will result in immediate action, including account suspension or permenant termination.
• We may also report to relevant law enforcement authorities and organizations based on the information we detacted.
4. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback

To enhance safety and user experience, we provides the in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns or inappropriate content, including CSAM and CSAE. Users can access the feedback/reporting feature directly from the application.

5. Age Verification
   We have implemented a reliable age verification process to prevent users under the age of 18 from registering and accessing content within the app.
6. User Guidelines and Standards of Conduct
   We prohibit any form of harassment, intimidation, or exploitation. Our zero-tolerance policy applies to any user behavior deemed harmful or predatory towards children.
7. Monitoring and Reporting
   We have launched a monitoring system for tracking incidents of sexual violence or exploitation of children within the app. Users can report any unacceptable content or behavior.
8. Data Collection and Privacy Policy
   We have a comprehensive privacy policy detailing how user data is collected, stored, and utilized.
9. Regular Training and Updates
   We provide ongoing training for our team to ensure they remain informed about the latest developments in child protection laws and best practices.
